"Craft & Crop at the Bird House" March Project

It's almost time for March "Craft & Crop". I wanted to post our craft project so you can plan to be there.
This time we will be creating a sweet 5 X 7 Album in the shape of a adorable purse.

 I added these little keys and beads when I finished to add more bling.

 Than I put this little metal bow in the center of the front flap of my purse for even more detail.

 When you open the purse you can see that you have lots of surprises inside.

 Lets take a look at some of them.

 Pockets and tuck spots all through this album. You can make as many as you please.

 I really filled my album and still have lots of room to fit in my photos.

 Here I have shown one side of one tri-fold page

 And there are two sides to every tri-fold.

 So many ways to decorate your album. I used flags to create a tuck spot. You can use anything you like to make these simply place to tuck a photo or journaling card under them.

 Here are some more samples of tuck spots.

 Here you can see that all of the 4 Tri-folds have pockets for inserts that side in and out. I put little tabs on them to make it easy to slide in and out.

 This one came out blurry, but I wanted to show you how you can decorate with scraps of paper. I made this flags with black scraps and decorated them with more scraps.

 More tab inserts and side pockets and pockets on bottom of pages.

 This is the inside of the back of the album. The front and back inside have these pockets.

This is the front of the purse when open, It has a pocket and insert. I used a round Velcro sticker for the closure. This was so much fun to make and simple. I can't wait to make another one with you.
